Summary
LISA MARINA represents an excellent opportunity to obtain a high quality, stylish, extremely clean, professionally and lovingly maintained yacht that is ready to cruise at a great price. LISA MARINA has excellent sea keeping ability and features a spacious four stateroom, four head layout for owners and guest plus a separate and private crew cabin for two with its own head and shower.
Accommodations & Layout
LISA MARINA has a beautiful rarely seen satin-finished cherry wood interior with the craftsmanship that one would expect from this renowned Italian builder. Her full-beam master stateroom features a full-beam master head. All the soft goods (interior and exterior upholstery) were redone in 2009. This yacht is a tremendous deal and must be seen to genuinely appreciate all she has to offer at such an affordable price.
Sleeps eight in four staterooms each with ensuite bath, plus two crew in one cabin with head and shower.
LISA MARINA can be boarded either from the aft centerline passarelle or side gates port and starboard. The spacious Aft Deck features teak deck, a custom varnished wood inlaid table, built-in settee and two teak deck chairs. The passarelle/davit is mounted in the center of the transom for launching of the dinghy that is mounted on chocks on the large swim platform. There are built-in storage compartments underneath the swim platform.
Access to the interior is either through the large sliding glass door on the aft deck or doors forward port and starboard accessed by the full teak walk-around side decks. Moving forward from the Aft Deck through the sliding door is the large Main Salon with its wrap-around windows giving a light and airy feeling. A large U-shaped seating arrangement of crème ostrich leather settees (new in 2009) is located starboard with a wood cocktail table fitting nicely between the settees facing the entertainment center opposite to port that includes a 42” Panasonic plasma TV in wood cabinetry. There is also plenty of storage as well along the port side of the salon. Draperies cover the windows and doors for privacy when desired.
Continuing forward, the fully equipped U-shaped galley is to starboard, entered either from the starboard side deck or the door just forward of the salon. Opposite the galley is the stairway to the Flybridge with a doorway to the side decks at the bottom of the stairs.
Forward and to port from the side door is a large L-shaped Dinette also upholstered in crème ostrich leather imported from Italy and the well-equipped inside Helm Station with a full complement of electronics is located to starboard.
Owner and guest accommodations are accessed via a private stairway between the helm station and the dinette. The full-beam Master Stateroom is farthest forward with queen-sized innerspring bed (new 2009), entertainment center with AM/FM stereo and 20” Sharp Aquos flat screen TV (new 2009). A very spacious European-style bathroom is complete with head, bidet and large stall shower.
The VIP Stateroom is just aft and starboard of the master stateroom and has a double bed and spacious ensuite head. The VIP also has an entertainment center with AM/FM stereo and 20” Sharp flat screen TV.
Opposite the VIP is the Port Guest Stateroom with twin lower berths, ensuite head, and Toshiba 20” TV/DVD player.
The Aft Guest Stateroom has its own private access from the aft port corner of the salon. It features twin lower berths with private ensuite bathroom. This stateroom could serve as an additional VIP/Guest stateroom or as very comfortable, separate crew accommodations.
Crew accommodations follow the European fashion and are all the way forward in the bow of the yacht, accessed from a hatch on the forward deck. Crew quarters include head and shower.
The Flybridge has excellent visibility and a full Bimini top. The helm is located on centerline with seating for two. Salon access is to port down the stairway and bench seating for three is starboard. Aft of the helm are two L-shaped seating areas with a new granite table on the port side. Aft of the seating area is plenty of storage for water toys.
