Select the “Check Availability” button at the top of our website to view the booking calendar for each villa. Choose your preferred villa and travel dates to see whether they are available. You can also contact our reservations team by email or WhatsApp for assistance.

Once you have confirmed that your preferred dates are available, submit a booking request through our website or contact our reservations team. Your reservation will be confirmed after the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. Your selected dates cannot be guaranteed until the deposit has been received and your booking has been confirmed in writing.

The remaining balance must be paid 28 days days before your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made within this period may require full payment at the time of booking. Your confirmation will include the applicable payment schedule.

We accept bank transfers ONLY currently.

Villa rates may be displayed in United States dollars (USD). Currency conversions are provided as a guide and may vary according to the exchange rate used by your bank or payment provider. Please confirm the final booking total with our reservations team before making payment.

Yes. Rates may vary according to the season, public holidays, special-event periods, length of stay and villa selected. Summer rates generally apply during June, July and August, while holiday rates may apply during periods such as Christmas, New Year’s, Carnival, Easter, Eid and Tobago Carnival. The applicable rate will be confirmed before your reservation is finalized.

A refundable security deposit of one night stay is required before check-in. The deposit is held against property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or breaches of the villa’s rules. Subject to inspection, it will be returned after check-out, less any applicable deductions.

Cancellation and date-change requests must be submitted in writing at least four weeks or 28 days before the scheduled arrival date. Refund eligibility depends on when the written request is received and the terms that applied when the reservation was confirmed.
