Very beautiful, well-appointed home. Definitely fits the vibe of the island and a tropical vacation. Clean, with lots of linens and kitchen items. Accessible, lots of parking, and very peaceful. Perfect for families with kids. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved this Place!! I have leased other properties from Gillian before, and I am never disappointed. Her attention to detail and the little things they think of that the guests will need are what make her a super host- not to mention always so easy to communicate with. This property was so beautiful- my wife and son absolutely loved staying here, and the only regret was not booking for a longer stay. We will definitely be back to this location.

We had a wonderful time with the family! Everyone loved the house, especially the backyard plunge pool with its stunning view of the beach. Gillian was such a fantastic host and super responsive. We can't wait to come back to Tobago and stay here again!

Beautiful villa with views of the ocean and pool to supplement your Tobago beach experience. Perfect for my group of 8 family members. Everyone slept comfortably, and the fully equipped kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The environment is very tranquil and facilitated great relaxation. Gillian was very proactive in her communication and accommodating to us. Will definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful stay with family. Cute beach house vibes. It's deep within Plantations, so the drive in is a long one. The grounds are lovely, and there is a view of the ocean; we spotted iguanas among the rocks, which was nice to see. Note that the third room is a loft space with a skylight that has a shade; a lot of light comes in regardless, so it is better suited for the early risers in the group. The older kids liked the tucked-away loft space with the interior window. There is some wear to the property that can be easily fixed, but that is to be expected for beach homes near the ocean. Gillian was a great host and very accommodating, we will stay here again.

5 Stars. A truly memorable stay in this fantastic Sea La Vista villa. This is the only time that I can truly say that the pictures do not do the villa justice. The Villa is brand new, and the décor is second to none. We will be back in February 2023 for sure. Thanks again for the stay, and we will recommend it to our friends for sure!

"All in all, great place."
Hello, hello, hello.
I enjoyed the week that my family spent at Gillian's home in August 2026. Our group included 6 family members, and we were comfortable all together. The boys took the upstairs, which worked out perfectly for them, and the other family members were in the other rooms. I enjoyed the view of the beach and will miss going out just to be alone, listening to the beach.
I do wish that there were screens on the bathroom windows. That was very strange for us and allowed some small bugs to come in, so we tried not to turn on lights at night to avoid the bugs being attracted to the light. Also, all outside odors will come in through the bathroom because it is an open space. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place, and to avoid misplacing the keys, we simply left them in the lock box whenever we went out.
Great AC if you are into cold temperatures. Nice size pool. Assigned parking and ample visitor parking. Security available around the property. All in all, great place.

WOW – From the first moment we walked into the villa, we were greeted by a brand-new, modern, beautifully decorated villa. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who made us feel truly on vacation and left us rejuvenated and restored when we departed. A magical place with magical people.

"We loved it all."
Thank you to our Team at Sea La Vista. We have been coming to Tobago for some time now, and this villa was a mind-blowing experience beyond our expectations. This was the first villa that we stayed in that I can say is truly 5-star. We loved the garden and the large pool umbrella. We loved it all. Will return in summer 2023 for sure. Special mention to our Superhost Gillian for arranging our special birthday at Sea Horse Inn.
